Payments

Payments are based on the type of travel services needed. Your initial 20-minute travel consultation is free of charge and will include one free service quote. 

Clients may pay for travel in full, or make payments according to the terms of the travel suppliers. Most suppliers require the trip to be paid in full 30-45 days prior to travel. 

 A signed credit card authorization form, and emailed notation that approves charges must be submitted and on file with your government ID. Once submitted, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express are accepted methods of payment for travel and tourism services.

Communications

Travelers can expect to receive an email statement after the first payment has been submitted which includes an account summary and a monthly payment schedule (if the payment was not made in full). A reminder email will be sent at least 5 days prior to the card on file being charged. If the traveler needs to change the card on file, they will need to submit a new credit card authorization form and supporting documentation as listed under “Payments”. 

If TwT services include group travel and excursions, and itinerary will be provided no less than three weeks prior to departure.  

Refunds

Clients who purchase travel protection insurance can receive a refund based on the type of travel insurance purchased.

Clients who decline travel protection insurance will not receive a refund. Please review all terms and conditionsbefore and after your travel service purchase.

Health and Safety

 TwT follows recommendations published by the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and will notify travelers of any special requirements prior to travel so you have the most current information. TwT also recommends clients review the most up to date destination travel requirements
